Obviously the software can be used with decks and cdjs. Is it possible to use playlists/mp3/wma files directly from the computers hard drive? If so does it require other hardware to be successfully used ie. mixer,cdj,decks, or can everything be mixed on an onboard screen within the software?

everything can be mixed onboard just using the software, it’s easier to control with some kind of controller though.
I think if you’re going to be a solely laptop DJ there’s no point using the time-coded vinyl or CDs, why not just stick to vinyl and CDs?
You’ll still need to connect your laptop to a sound system if you’re playing out though.
Format-wise I expect it will play everything except copy-protected files such as stuff bought from iTunes store.

u can usually use MP3 and WMA song files on that software
