Electronic drums?
You will want some full range cabinets with 18’s or
you will want some 18" sub woofers, a crossover, and Mid/high cabs.
You will want to check the speck sheet on them and make sure the High’s ( tweeters ) go all the way to 20k hrz.
Don’t forget to factor in amps, Speaker cables, and Line level cables.
If they are Accoustic drums you will need to add Mics, XLR cables, and a mixing console.
$1000 will not likely get you what you are looking for. You get exactly what you pay for when it comes to Audio equipment.
