Cheap Scratching Begginer Turntable?

I’m looking for a turntable that i can use for scratching.
I’ve got a low budget so cheapest would be best.
It doesn’t have to have crazy features.
I really like DJ Q-Bert,
so that will help you know what I’m looking for.

Cheap, reliable turntable for a beginner?

I have a very low budget (very, very low), and I can’t afford quality turntables like the technics mk2 or mk3. Does anyone know any good, cheap, DJ-style turntables that will work well for beginners? (Doesn’t need to be long-lasting: I’ll ditch them as soon as I can get technics)

I’m looking into buying cheap DJ equipment that is worth the price. I’m on a low budget. So what can a get?
