I would say buy the best you can afford but ensure you get direct drive as beltdrives will slip when you are cueing your records.
I have some SoundLab direct drive turntables brand new still in box and unused that i am selling for £100. I paid £200 for them but never got round to using them.

Look on e-bay! For that sort of money you’re not gonna be able to get anything decent brand new. However, if you buy cheap belt drives and stick at it, in time this will make you a better DJ. Good luck! And by the way just play drum n bass!
